“I’ve enjoyed reading Brian’s articles. I, like most, get busy in the weeds too frequently. Taking a break and reading one of Brian’s articles has made me stop and examine what we are doing on a couple of occasions. I specifically like his article, which references pickleball and the need to stretch beforehand, and compares that to not stretching our people too thin when expanding. It made me stop and think about some immediate expansion plans. Although we still made the move, we were more calculated and focused on our people as much as the expansion. Brian’s outlook is thoughtful and focused on doing things the right way.”
